Today we started our first Path Skillz course with students from the Stirling campus of Forth Valley College. It’s great to be doing this as we’ve had courses at Alloa and Falkirk campuses but it’s a first for us to be working with students at Stirling.
Here’s what Josh had to say about today:
“Today our group done some icebreakers to start off then we moved on to a presentation. We learned that paths are still important to lots of people. The group enjoyed the paper plate game the most and working as a team. We found the 2 truths 1 lie icebreaker pretty challenging. Next week we will be setting goals and learning about surveying paths.”
Some other quotes from the group were:
” I think it will be interesting”
“I think it will be a different experience”
“Looking forward to getting outside”
We’ll be back next week looking at common path problems and also some basic surveying techniques.
